Task

To create an advocacy strategy for B2B employees and improve the image of the employer and
employees on LinkedIn while implementing it. By applying the principles of social selling, the
employees can build better relationships with clients and increase the chances of B2B sales.

Solution

We adapted more than 200 Tele2 content units (articles, press releases, campaigns, job ads) so
that every B2B employee could easily share them on personal LinkedIn accounts. For this
purpose, we used employer advocacy platform that allows managing of the adapted content and
measuring results. The content is selected and presented based on set criteria to be relevant to
potential B2B clients on the contact list of B2B employees on LinkedIn and Facebook.

In 8 months, 29 Tele2 ambassadors, using our tactics, generated nearly two times more link
clicks to Tele2 Inovacijų biuras than regular posts on official Tele2 LinkedIn account.
